What data we process

Required enquiry data: centre name, city, contact name, work email and consent. Description, photos, company, phone, role and technical details are optional; exact address can be gathered later. We store consent date and wording (version 2026-09-09) and visit source. General contact messages include the contact details and message supplied.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to assess centre feasibility and communicate about an individual partnership proposal if suitable, based on consent and legitimate interest in business communication.

Retention period

We keep the data for as long as necessary to assess the location and for any partnership, or until consent is withdrawn.
